下列有關民法行為能力之敘述，何者錯誤?
A.受監護宣告之人，無行為能力
B.七歲以上未滿十八歲之未成年人，有限制行為能力
C.無行為能力人得法定代理人之允許，得單獨為有效的法律行為
D.剛滿十八歲之甲男訂定婚約，應得法定代理人同意
答案是C
我是選B
當初C選項當時太粗心沒看的很仔細，所以沒選它
會選B是因為限制行為能力是滿7歲以上之未成年人
言下之意就是滿7歲以上至未滿20歲之未成年人
但答案B是未滿十八歲，這樣答案就不正確了
總覺得B答案也沒錯
