來仔細算算 "如果" 有加班費的話,是多少錢...
我是說 "如果" 有的話!我當然知道你沒有。
假設雇主僱用我,月薪 N 元。
連同 6% 勞工退休金,雇主每月需支出 1.06 * N 元。
套餐 1 - 周休二日:
以今年為例,工作日 254 天,扣掉 7 天特休剩
247 天,平均每月工作 247/12 = 20.583333 天.
雇主僱用我,平均每小時的花費是:
N*1.06/20.583333/8 = N * 0.006625 --- (A)
雇主要我平日留下來加班,
前 2 小時費用每小時為:
N/30/8*(4/3) = N * 0.0055555555
前 3 小時費用每小時為:
N/30/8* ((4/3 + 4/3 + 5/3) / 3)
= N * 0.0060185185
加滿 4 小時,每小時費用為:
N/30/8* ((4/3 + 4/3 + 5/3 + 5/3) / 4)
= N * 0.00625 --- (B)
雇主要我假日來加班,每小時費用為:
N/30/8 = N * 0.004166666 --- (C)
*沒錯,這就是加倍!勞委會幫你閹割掉一半了,記得嗎?

套餐 2 - 雙周 84 工時:
以今年為例,工作日 366-91-18.5 = 256.5 天,
(19天假日,有 1 天是周六) 扣掉 7 天特休剩
249.5 天,平均每月工作 249.5/12 = 20.791666 天
雇主僱用我,平均每小時的花費是:
N*1.06/20.791666/8 = N * 0.00637274549 --- (A)
加班費算法同前,讓我們複習一下:
平日加班每小時 = N * 0.00625 --- (B)
假日加班每小時 = N * 0.00416666666 --- (C)
很明顯的,兩種套餐,都有 A > B > C 的關係,整理如下表:

勞基法所謂加給三分之一、加給三分之二、加倍發給,真相如此,
都是忽悠人的。雇主就算守法給付加班費,工人加班都還是在提供
比平常更賤價的勞力,何況實際上很多雇主根本不付加班費!
ps. 有些細節就略過不表了,像什麼請事假一天也只扣三十分之
一月薪啊工人有賺啊等等的爭執,就省省吧,大家都是明白
人,"全勤獎金" 這類名目是幹嘛用的大家都心知肚明好嗎...
