勞檢根本毫無用處! - 加班

我先前具名檢舉前公司未依法給付加班費,勞檢處說就算加班一小時,通常也要是公司事先核准,他們才會認定算加班(翻白眼)
後來我又指名經常加班兩三小時的前同事,要求勞檢處再次查核,才回覆說確實有未給付加班費之情事
但過了兩三個月都沒有在違規名單看到該公司,寫信去問勞動局後,竟然回覆:
「經本局調查該公司勞工出勤紀錄中,發現僅未給付一名勞工一日之延長工時工資,該公司依法給付後,已弭補勞工權益。本局依法給予行政指導,並促該公司日後確實遵守相關法律。」
所以勞基法根本是X嗎?明明至少有兩個人經常加班到八九點,不懂為何會說只有「一名勞工」「一日」未給付,還是人資不曉得用什麼方法偽造打卡紀錄?勞檢不曉得到底是在幫員工,還是幫資方粉飾太平!
