今年剛畢業
剛好找到一家印刷公司
這是我第一份正職的工作
公司規模10人
加我四個業務 不過其他三個都是股東
不知道現在印刷業的業務
薪水都是怎麼算的
我個人是底薪23K 不過還要被扣福利金1K 勞健保的
剩下21K而已
獎金的部分是利潤*20%
假設100元 公司賺20元 我抽4元
現在已經做了兩個月了
學的差不多
幾乎開始要天天加班 早9晚8-9
今天看到薪水條
有一股濃濃的哀傷
很好奇印刷業都是這樣嗎
我有點不想做下去了
連油錢也沒有補助t^t
