參展前離職,機票退票手續費誰負擔? - 離職

各位晚安,
公司原先預定六月初派我及其他同事去美國參展,但因為種種因素,
我決定待到三月底離職,離職的提出及辦理過程全依公司規定走。
前幾天在討論離職交接時,有提到機票退票會有手續費六千(原票價近五萬),
會計就說我離職是個人因素,因此導致產生這六千手續費,所以該我自行負擔。
我的立場則是,公司出差參展,交通及參展費用等本來就是開銷或投資,
人員因故無法成行是公司損失沒錯,但不應該轉嫁到員工身上。
不知道各位看法如何?

員進來,就會開始跟大家碎碎唸她當年進公司只有兩萬但
卻要做多少工作兼多少職位云云,現在怎麼新進人員薪水
都這麼高,結果一邊抱怨一邊最挺公司的就是她,好員工

失這六千的確是因為我,因為我要離職。但是就像樓上說
的,研發開錯規格採購買錯料,那是不是也要叫員工自己
賠呢?亦或品保沒檢到瑕疵品,害貨被客人整批退回來,
運費難道也要品保出嗎?

,我離職完全照規矩,過程也很平和,完全跟吵字搭不上
邊,會認為離職就是用吵的,恐怕是自己相關經驗導致。
然後開票時我還沒要離職,是後來有很多不得已,好好的

平等的角度 這就是自己該付的 把自己放在弱勢勞工 覺得
