小弟的公司雖小(傳產,賣自家產品),但餅倒是挺大的
但有時候看主管面試開出的薪水我都嚇一跳(偷聽到)
事後主管是和我說:
任何的求職者(非管理職),除非有特殊能夠幫公司賺錢的能力
否則為了公平,薪資都不可以超過現有同事的薪資水平
如果非要定義這裡所說的能力的話,那大概是:
能夠在短期內上手,並且因為此人而導致訂單量增加,或使公司減少損失
除此之外,管你哈佛/博士/諾貝爾還是10年以上經驗,都一樣
一方面是請不起,一方面對小公司來說也用不到(因為總是想的人多,做的人少)
(其中一個有15年以上經驗,卻願意在此接受2XK的薪資,原因是我們公司適合養老)
實際案例(應徵實體通路的業務人員):
一個貌似經驗豐富,也有點經歷並表明強烈意願的求職者,
開出稍高的薪資(好像是26~30),但事後主管就沒有再和他聯絡了
另一個看起來非常不適任也無經驗的求職者,自己開出極低的薪資(<22K)
結果當天就錄取了,我和同事知道後都傻眼(錄取後工作的表現主管也傻眼了)
(PS.公司目前是沒有業績獎金的,所以我都不知道要應徵啥業務)
我不懂為什麼公司都願意冒這個險
我不懂公司到底是要請人,還是請人才
當然,主管反問我
當你經費有限的時候,一個20K的無經驗的員工和一個28K有經驗的員工你選哪一個!?
我沒有回答
因為我自己也猶豫了
但是我知道,小公司要茁壯,一定要靠人才,而且還要留得住
否則小公司永遠只會是個工作經驗培育所
畢業之後的人才就跳往大公司,在那裏發揚光大
