台灣真正的問題,說出在教育算對一半
為什麼說對一半呢,因為台灣談的教育永遠是一種統治階層對下的概念
所謂的教育講來講去不就是高等教育以下的世代,也就是了不起25歲以下
但是真正把台灣搞爛的,可是現在掌握資源的既得利益者
這批人過去就是接受二分法教育,欠缺學習能力跟資源最佳配置觀念
欠缺國際觀跟大局觀,可以說活在google問世以前的時代
思考能力停留在靜態平衡的觀念,不是動態平衡
你今天教改再怎麼改會"再教育"這批出問題的人嗎?
還有,每次看到很多人討論都是批評以前的填鴨式教育,鼓吹多元教育
這種二分法的討論過程很諷刺的正是台灣教育最大的弊病
所有的事情都有好跟壞,就像西方式的教育要你做critical thinking
就已經在培養學生去思考pros and cons
所以說以前的填鴨式教育真的一無是處嗎?
以前的老師要人去背誦文章一字不漏,重點不是內容對不對,分數高不高
而是一種對事情的細節要求完美的態度,這正是傳統式教育的最大優點
即使是現在的時代變化速度很快,也不代表追求多元的同時就要捐棄過去的那種態度
換句話說,傳統教育有優點,就是凡事要求細節,堅持完美的習慣培養過程
而現在說的多元教育,則是要多角度思考,也就是美國堅持的diversity
這兩種的訓練某些時候看似衝突,但能融和兩家之長才是最好的教育方式
不然光是有跳躍性思考的能力,沒有強大的實作能力是有甚麼屁用
就連現在最夯的Computer science也是需要這兩種綜合能力
但是最後還是會回到老問題,你最新的教育就算教出一堆很優秀的年輕世代
掌握制度的人還停留在30年前,那扯了半天也不過是為他國培育人才而已
