我才覺得你們這些推文有點奇怪
誰說業務靠獎金的?
除非第一份工作, 否則在後來面試的時候
你應該要有能力可以證明: 我可以帶給公司這麼多的利益
所以應該就要先給我足夠高的底薪
安定我的生活與心情後
我會盡我最大能力去幫公司創造更好的成果
獎金是甚麼? 可以吃嗎?
除非今天是維持客戶不用開發, 否則開發的初期不就喝西北風?
這是有能力的業務不能接受的事情
尤其是開發型的業務, 每次的工作都是新挑戰?
業績不一定是我們需要達成的目標, 我們是開疆闢土的前鋒, 關關難過關關過
後面耕耘的留給他人就好
三年前我只有26歲
那時候我就跟我的老闆(本土商)這樣講, 底薪就拿50k, 獎金另計
我只有跑國內(台灣本島), 所以可能跟本文的國外業務不太一樣
但是我認為,
根本沒有所謂低底薪高獎金, 獎金只是老闆把錢省起來的一招奧步而已
現在我快30, 年薪雖然跟PTT神人比起來算少, 但也超過1M
我一直都是這樣談薪水的
不要認為不可能, 連自己的薪水都畫地自限了, 能做多好的業績?
要有自信但不自大, 共勉之
