當第一天上班
就丟出了一張共計10條的上班須知
全勤1000元
上班要提前15分鐘到,遲到1次扣500
遲到第二次無全勤
遲到第三次每一小時扣50元
一個月休假5天 薪資加全勤不及2萬
離職須提前1個月告知
列計出來的完全不按照勞基法走
但因為有錢的需求,想說當作門市的起步
自己也有所幻想,別人都可以做我應該也可以
但做了一禮拜後
原本職稱為 "正職人員" 今天卻因
櫃台處理速度不理想為由 轉為"計時人員"....
在下班時還告知你的排班有所修正,明天再自行確認
今天店長告訴我後,突然好後悔在這受折磨又被人降職,後面班別可能還會亂調
當他講出這些話時都沒考慮過別人感受
我也才做不到2禮拜,卻要求
櫃台算帳要快,要補貨,要打掃,要煮關東煮,要煮咖啡,要補排面
雖然到現在應該要學會的都大致可以
但手腳還是不夠快,我也想要趕上,但短短十幾天卻要做的駕輕就熟
真的好痛苦好力不從心
可能在前幾天,被客人客訴我找零有短少,
店長雖說不計較,當作一個教訓讓我可以警提,但看出來氣在心頭
今天我才發現到我在店的一舉一動都被人監視
做甚麼事都很不自在,
就好比再煮咖啡時,剛好牛奶用完了
就跑去冰庫拿時,出來忘記扣上門,店長就在電腦旁遠遠說"把門關上"....
突然被他舉動嚇到,監視器20個畫面卻只注意到我,
還可以在小小鏡頭上看到沒把門扣板闔上,感覺存心要提防我
我想該店是想減少人事成本費用,才會做出降職處理
一天內就聽到兩個人要離職(大夜及早班正職)
店長還抱怨,最近門市真的很缺人,找人不易
但卻都沒想到為何別人都待不下去
都不曾想過自己店內是不是出何問題,讓員工想要一一跳槽
當初面試跟我談的完全有落差
說好給我兩禮拜的適應,才讓我可以正式站櫃台
但卻短短幾天就再抱怨我,能力不足學習欠佳,還任意調為計薪人員....
我真的不想做了
但卻有朋友告訴我,你不想做的別人會排著進來做
尤其女生找工作越來越不好找....
我真得是個爛草莓,吃不了苦....
