失望的華碩行銷面試心得 - offer

分享之前在華碩的不愉快經驗。
當時面試的女HR,遲到將近半小時,姍姍來遲並毫無悔意,一句基本的"不好意思"也沒有,感覺認為一堆人要排隊進華碩,能給老娘面試是你的福氣,或許吧??
面談中陸續提了幾個問題,要我回答,她邊做筆記邊聆聽,我覺得不受尊重的地方是,舉例來說,我說到第八句話,HR打斷我的陳述,做了提問,但答案在第五句已經說過了,這個情形在三分鐘內,發生了兩次,第一次我當做她沒聽清楚,第二次我就怒了,於是我刻意放慢音速,一個字一個字地,仔細盯著她回答。
聊到業務經驗,我在意的是產品面的相似度,覺得換工作如果產品接近,銜接度會比較高,HR覺得業務技巧比較重要,她覺得業務做的好,賣什麼產品都沒問題,由於上半部面試的不愉快,所以我開嗆了,我反問,所以妳認為賣衛生紙的業務,也能來華碩賣電腦囉? 她愣了一下,然後說"我覺得可以",我帶以冷笑的說,看來在這個話題,我們的認知很不一樣,就此打住吧。
情境題以打破砂鍋問到底的方式,要把你弄死,當年的我道行還不夠,是真的被問死了,問法就好像,如果病人心跳停止,怎麼辦? 打強心針! 如果也沒用呢? CPR+人工呼吸! 也沒用呢? 電擊! 還是沒用呢? 幹~我被問死了..........
最後是砍薪水,應徵文件要寫期望待遇跟最低待遇,我寫了N跟N-2K,她問如果給不了N-2K,可以接收的底限是多少? 反正場子都這麼髒了,我很堅定的說,就是N-2K呀。
當時面試,已經有拿到其它Offer,遇上不友善的面談,我也不會跟對方客氣,常聽到對方說,你怎麼這麼有自信? 我都回答,因為我不是待業的求職者,不需要因為"求"而妥協,而且我也沒有非來不可的理由吧? 就當做出來聊天散心囉~
