角色:我、小人同事A(簡稱A)、A的學弟(簡稱B)、同事C(小主管的愛將之一)、同事D
(小主管愛將之二)、小主管(組長)、中主管(經理)、大主管(副總)。
事由:同事A,從他來上班開始;就開始陰我、小動作超多,之前甚至寫了三張A4,滿滿
的檢舉內容:諸如:工作不力、上班打瞌睡、怠忽職守等等,有些並不是事實,只是他惡
意加油添醋、無中生有的內容。
這件事情,最後被小主管、中主管擋下,我則是今年才知情。
到目前,快兩年了,從頭到尾都沒有停過;即便我想息事寧人、以和為貴,當作不知道;
但他仍四處盛傳耳語,企圖影響並左右主管的想法,對我工作上的影響不言可喻。
近日,公司下了規定、大夜班嚴禁滑手機、睡覺;同事A就說是我害大家沒福利,企圖要
讓團隊的其他同事公幹我,還煽動其他同事出面檢舉當證人,拿我當祭品、想斷尾求生..
..
他說:給我兩條路走,一、自己跟主管自首;二、他自己去跟主管檢舉,我冷冷回應他:
那你就去說吧。
請問各位版友,有好的對治方式嗎?在所不惜!一定要讓A付出慘痛代價。

今天倘若不弄死他,他應該會再想辦法弄死我。
又不是燒殺擄掠,到底要自首什麼?
目前情況:同事B、C、D都尚未表態,主管方面也尚未有所動作。
學弟B,叫我自己跟主管認錯,保全大家、這樣至少不會影響年終考績云云。
補充說明:
事件1 :2個多月前,小人同事A;因為排假之事;跟同事C發生爭執,小主管調解不成、
最後此事由中主管介入處理,並約談所有人,耳聞事後A被警告,此後最好不要再有類似
影響團隊士氣的紛爭情事發生,而結束。
事件2 :因同事A,跨年假期排班之關係;無法跨年必須上班,而我是唯一可以商量換班
的對象,(多次向我調整時間,約莫7次吧。)奈何小主管不准,並頗有微詞;倘若如此
換班、換假,何以對其他同事公平?並唸了A一頓...而作罷。
事件3 :小主管較偏愛同事C,A則頗有意見;常常想挖洞給他跳,經過事件1之後,似乎
較為收斂。
小主管曾說,A就是一副想當老大的心態自居!
