如何跟老闆談高薪低報問題又不傷感情? - 離職

我目前在一家小公司任職不到3個月
老闆與老闆娘人都不錯
同事好相處,工作內容也很有挑戰性
是一家還不錯的公司
這個月發薪水時,我發現公司用28800報我的勞健保
但我的投保級距應該超過43900的
這樣對我的勞保和勞退影響太太
我希望就算沒保到我的實際薪資,至少也要報到43900
請問要如何跟公司開口比較不傷感情呢?
公司除此之外沒什麼好抱怨的,我不想為此跟老闆撕破臉
還是就默默忍受直到離職再去檢舉?
(除非無法溝通,否則我很不想要這樣背後捅人)
請問有人可以提供一些建議嗎?
