妹妹的公司7月初通知要大量解雇員工 今天得知名單內有她 預計9月初會裁員
因為有些問題不是很確定 所以發文詢問
1.積欠的0.5個月年終及0.5個月端午是否應於資遣時 連同資遣費一併發放?
因妹妹的公司於招募員工時說明保障14個月
[固定薪資十二個月+三節節金(中秋節、端午節各半個月;春節一個月)]
但目前積欠2011年的年終0.5個月及2012年的端午節金0.5個月
故詢問是否應於資遣時 連同資遣費一併發放
2.妹妹她目前懷有3個多月的身孕 是否有權利可以主張公司加發兩個月的產假薪資?
