對於每天超過200封Email的看法? - 職場

剛報到一間貿易公司,就被公司的 email 文化給嚇到了
一個十來人的 team,每個人負責不同的客戶,也都分別有/擔任一個代理人
因客戶很多都不在當地或在國外,所以用 email 聯繫很正常
只是我一直很不能理解,每個人既然都有負責的客戶,那為何寄信要 c.c. 給全 team ?
問了要離職交接給我的老鳥,他也覺得很無奈
但好像是老闆的意思是這樣大家才知道彼此的案子近況,然後有需要時可以馬上backup
可是就我在職場幾年的經驗,還有我觀察其他老鳥的做法
很多信件根本就是連開都不會開,這樣不就等於沒有意義了嗎?
一個人對客戶的溝通,平均每天至少往來10封信
十多個人,常常一天信箱湧入一百多甚至兩百多的信件,根本就不是稀奇
而其中 90% 都是跟自己無關 ....
所以才想請問,是否這樣狂 cc 全部人的做法其實不算稀奇?
我會覺得,這樣子其實很沒有效率,因為信件一多,無關你的你連看都不會想看
或是一間重要的訊息就被埋沒在未讀信件當中,因此漏掉
之前也有待過 3 人的 team 跟 2 人的 team
3 人的 team 就是各司其職,自己的客戶就自己應對,跟其他人無關
2 人的 team 因為彼此就是代理人且工作比較重疊,所以對外的信就會全部都一起收發
每天也是上百封,一樣結果就是很多信就都放著不去看 (跟自己較無關的)
不知道大家的工作是否也相似呢? 或是有何方式可以改善這情況呢?
我覺得信件應該給當事人跟代理人收到就好,這樣就可以減少 80% 跟自己無關的信
但老鳥對此好像也覺得不妥 ...
