最近公司來了個新人,很受到主管的企重;
在午飯的時刻常常三不五時就聽到他跟表現不是很優秀的同期生說
也許你正是缺了xx方面的歷練,也許你可以考慮先去補足這方面的經歷
表面上聽起來是中肯的建議,可是稍微一想就知道是在叫別人滾蛋
也許是我的觀念老了,我遇到不是很優秀的同事,我會協助或鼓勵他,讓他步上軌道
而不是直接說這種話在暗示別人離開公司;
剛進來公司沒多久就受到主管的重視,我很恭喜他
但有必要對其他不受器重的同事這樣嗎
有時候真的很想他說
年輕人不要太自以為是,除了老闆,其他人沒有權力叫別人離開
但這種人是主管眼前的紅牌,我還是敬而遠之比較好!!
