我去年5月底到這公司任職,10月份時被主管約談,說我不適任,並說給我機會到12月底,再看我表現,前幾天再度被約談,說我不適任,要求我離職,這樣我可以和公司要求資遣費嗎?我需要和公司要什麼證明?很想申訴...因為這原因,心情變的很煩悶,請大家幫幫我~謝謝~
