我目前的工作是在北部一家傳產公司,擔任研發
公司有幾項主力產品,
之前滿編時是由一位主管+三個工程師+二位助理,
我進公司時,當時只剩一位主管+二個工程師+一位助理,
但兩個月內主管離職和一位工程師也離職,
目前只剩我和另一位工程師和助理,
主管由其它部門經理暫代,
目前離職人員原本負責的工作都是我接,
工作量大增...
公司是有在徵人,但徵了好久都沒人來,
我是不是應該去跟上頭要求加薪?
