如果員工常請假(請假的理由都很合理)
但是他的薪資也因此少很多(扣全勤+請假的薪水)
私底下了解過 他很喜歡此工作 加上他的表現不錯 是人才 公司不想逼走他
不過問題來了 因為常請假 會引起別的同事私底下指指點點
覺得公司都縱容這個員工請假之類的
如果公司想增訂一個條文
類似每月出席率不到一半之類的(上班時數) 就扣多少薪水之類的
這樣會違法嗎? (重點是希望可以避免此員工常請假)
有規定員工最低出席率之類的條文嗎?
