忘記帳號密碼 - 金融分析師

大家好~~
最近可以印L1的准考證了!
可是我卻忘記登入的帳號跟密碼
利用之前在板上找的申請臨時密碼
卻一直顯示

但我非常確定自己key的英文名字沒有錯啊!
ex: 第一格 我打姓氏 ..WANG
第二格 我打名字 ..DIAN-MING
第三格 信箱 [email protected]
信箱也是正確的><
可是就是沒有辦法取得新的帳號密碼
請各位幫幫忙吧~告訴我要怎麼解決啊@@

姓氏名字 剛好打反吧~~可能啦 而且不用連接線吧
