剛剛聽了某民代辦公室助理的錄音...
內容是被害人向主管申訴後 主管的回覆
這讓人想到之前幾件一樣鬧上網路的性騷(或侵害)事件
好比說之前輔大心理系
教授夏林清老師講了一句"當事人是否有情慾流動"
或是館長之前有大胖主管也酒後亂性
館長在直播的時候也說出"那XX就沒有放進去"
說法都會讓被害人覺得不公平
但這種事情真的很難處理 因為常常沒有其他人在場 也沒有直接證據
缺乏人證物證 當事人各說各話
而且對主事者來說 往往比較資深的加害者 對工作團隊來說比較重要
被侵犯的那位往往是比較資淺 層級較低
那麼以主管的角度 會想要留住那個工作上比較有共的那個 似乎很兩難
....
教授 館長 民代 這些這麼有本事的人 都不太會處理了
更何況是一般人
請問這類的事情有沒有甚麼能夠兩全其美的處理方式?
