想找做的久的奴才 找個性安靜宅的就對了 - 離職

中小企業本身技術其實不會很難
你會做 大家也都會做 所以市場拼的就是低價
要拼低價 有個重點就是底下要有一批低薪便宜的好用奴才
且流動性不能太高 至少要願意領低薪穩定做個兩三年
我一再強調 [人才]與[奴才]一定要區分清楚 不能搞混
因為兩者待遇與管理術完全不同 我這裡講得是[找奴才]
看到各部門的基層奴才來來去去後 敝人歸納出一個共通性:
[想找穩定性高的奴才 挑個性安靜 宅的就對了 不要挑活潑外向朋友多的]
我多年觀察研究後 這是有道理的 歸因如下:
1.安靜宅的人通常比較認命 不會有太多想法主見 較容易甘心當低薪奴才
2.活潑外向朋友多的 通常機會也多 朋友多嘴就雜 就會跟他說公司待遇太低
介紹他一起來幹麻幹麻 朋友公司怎樣怎樣 比較效應下加上有選擇 就容易不安份
我就看過一個行政助理 來半年 很活潑 就被朋友慫恿去做寵物美容離職
找安靜宅一點的 比較不會有這種機會
所以當你的下屬職務是不需要人際關係的 給薪又低的 又希望他做的久
就選個性安靜 看起來宅宅的那種就對了 男女都通用 這種通常都做很久不會離職
個性活潑的 如果你給的待遇不夠高 很容易不安份離職
