好不容易在年初找到現在的工作
國貿助理 試用期一個月兩萬四 三個月後會微調(沒有說多少 )
之後還會有業績獎金 大概幾百到1.2千不等
但是加班沒有加班費 之前我還自認算是做事很快的人 想說頂多加一個小時左右
結果現在六點多下班都算很早 七八點正常
每天常態性加班兩三個小時對我來說體力真的有點吃不消
我同事們也是每天都說這裡痛那裏痛要去看醫生...
因為我們公司沒有船務部 所以從接單 打單 打pi 貨物追蹤 排出貨 連絡報關行forwarder
整理報單 回信 處理客訴...對款項等等的相關事項也都是我們要做
每天還有樣品要出 還要幫忙cover樣品進度
有的還要出空運= = 如果貨物delay被空運還要寫客訴單向上簽呈
樣品出貨也要開單 還要把報單打好給會計部
這全部都是我跟我同事兩個人share掉
我有時候都搞不清我跟我同事到底是助理還是業務@ @
之前也跟主管反映過 但都沒得到什麼正面的回應
最近常常看到過勞死的新聞 很擔心自己就是下一個= =
哀 雖然感覺可以學到比較多東西 但有時候忙了一整天真的不知道自己在忙什麼@ @
一直有事情要做 但常常做到一半就被打斷
感覺好差>"<
最近加班的時候常常會覺得"難道有需要為公司這麼賣命嗎"
現在在考慮要不要繼續找別的工作
這樣的公司...大家會留嗎?
他唯一吸引我的地方就是常常會跟韓國客人接觸 因為我很喜歡韓文
以後也想朝那方面發展 但目前韓文也沒到很厲害的程度 大多還是靠英文溝通
薪水的話 在中部只能算普通吧? 而且天天加兩三個小時
對我來說兩萬五跟兩萬二感覺差不多= =
責任制只是資方不想多花錢請人的藉口= =
