我伯母做很多年電訪 就有說過
他們最怕的就是被掛電話
接電話的人態度再不好,只要肯跟他們講話
對他們來說都有機會經由耐心和良好的態度 讓這些人改變態度 進而完成訪問
這就是 他們做這一行最需要的能力
高EQ和說話技巧 讓訪問的樣本可以盡量達到完整
也是老闆非常看重他們的原因
但他們卻最不希望遇到一開始就掛電話或堅決表明不需要的人
因為這樣這一筆訪問是沒有辦法完成的
想要平衡一下,也有很多電訪員是不希望各位直接掛電話的
不然下次其他的電訪員又會上來抱怨
「不爽接也可以隨便講個兩句話,不要直接掛我電話好嗎 真是不尊重人!」
