提離職後,公司說明因為薪水是統一給的,不會分開來算,所以希望小弟把這個月做完。
壓完最後一天,還有四個工作天,請問可以不做嗎?
雖然還沒滿一年,不過公司福利寫著試用期就給七天特休。還有四天可用,不過今天長官才
說,這七天必須依比例來休。
所以最後那壓完工作截止日之後四天只能請一天,被要求還要多來三天
簡單來說,就是,已預告做到25日,可是因為25日發全月薪水,因此公司希望我把後面四天要上完
