新來的儲備幹部~ 該如何處理? - 職場

有個跟我同期進公司的儲備幹部 (我現在是專員),據說他剛退伍
短短兩個星期被他擺了兩道,因為我先前有物流業經驗,故會跟他分享經驗
但擺的這兩道是
1. 我跟他都實習,他一直在撿貨,我去別的地方學習,有時休息會遇到
我則跟他說 "其實只有撿貨還挺幸福的,因為有更瑣碎的事情會處理到"
結果這句話他一直記著,等到我跟他在另外一個倉庫實習時,當著大家的面
跟我大聲地講說,"你說只有撿貨很幸福,我並不這麼覺得阿"
我看到其他撿貨大姊的臉有點垮垮的,我直接回他說 "我應該沒有這麼說過吧!?"
我當下就否認,我明白他斷章取義了。因為就他的身分,只有撿貨當然簡單
2. 前幾天,上司交代我做一個專案的事情,有給我 50 個人,分五組,
要我帶領這些人做事情,只有一天的時間做
每一組都有一個小組長,那個儲幹是第四組的小組長
到中午時,第四組嚴重落後,其實我心裡有底,早上就已經跟小組長預告說
做完後還沒下班要幫忙沒做完的 (但我沒特地說哪一組) 他們都說好
中午吃飯休息後,我跟那個儲幹說 "你有發現你那組已經嚴重落後了?,想個方法
加快速度,至於如何克服,你要跟組員討論一下"
結果又來個斷章取義,我隨後去看他們那組,那組的大姊們都很白眼的看著我
說我一直在逼他們。 我真的快暈倒了,那個儲幹又在他們面前亂講話
現在重點來了,如果他真的以後是我要帶的人,我該怎麼去應付他?
因為目前不是我管的,所以他的一些事情我將不會幫他 也不會教他
讓他自生自滅
重點是如果以後是我要帶的,那請問各位要怎麼應付這種
會推責任,又會亂講話的人呢?
把責任丟給他,他似乎會跟別人說那不關他的事情
又會斷章取義,真是傷腦筋
