: 中高階工作要夠多才能讓超過一半的人都做中高階工作
: 但 你要創造這麼多中專業工作出來 一定會伴隨更多普通或低階職缺的產生
: 那這麼多普通工作要給誰做??
: (總不可能 10個經理工作 只伴隨1個普通工作吧?
: 正常來說 你創造10個經理工作 至少會產生50個普通工作)
: 那今天既然你的專業工作已經多到讓52%的居民(104萬)可以擔任
: 表示伴隨而生的普通工作應該更多 多到剩下48%的自己人也不足夠去填補 那怎麼辦?
: 當然是給外勞做啊
給外勞做不太好,引進外勞就會拉低薪資水準
除非是一些長期看護的工作,讓上班族可以安心上班
: (在利用政策把外勞薪資砍低些轉到國庫 富足國庫!
: 外勞稅表示: 就是因為老闆請外勞要繳大筆外勞稅 所以才不可能開高薪給外勞啊^^
: 砍低一點來富足國庫吧 版上之前有招人吧 ^^ )
: 需要外勞多少人?
: 外勞約127萬
: (老闆為了請外勞來補充人手不足 還要開給居民身分者比較高薪 不然沒有外勞額度)
: 其中110萬在擔任3和4(這種就是之前版上來找台灣人去當這110萬的)
: 17萬擔任1和2 (這種途徑大多是大廠直接外派到新加坡廠)
: 到2030年專業工作的居民將膨脹到66% 那不就更產生一堆非專業工作
: 但本地居民剩下的34%去做也不補不了這麼多的職缺
: 只好引進外勞所以2030年在多出150萬人
: 新加坡政府只要保障居民就好 剩下的外勞就是榨乾富足本勞的工具!

這不是先進國家的政策,普遍引進外勞只會拉低服務業薪資
高薪資國家才能吸引全球人才聚集
低階工作引進外勞,除非是為了減輕一般人請看護等等對大眾有利的政策,才有必要開放
引進外勞原則上是禁止的,因為這些外勞會搶了他們的工作,拉低薪資會連帶納稅額降低
這也是先進國家普遍管制外勞的原因
創造高階工作,是很不切實際的想法
唯一想得到的實際做法是,拉高薪資,使人民消費力變強
更有能力挑剔其所消費的產品,使廠商被迫投入更多產品研發成本
進而雇用更多研發人員
