各位大大好,小弟想在此分享一下我半年前出社會後第一份工作的心得
可能是我草莓,或者是我自己資質不好無法勝任這份工作
做不滿一個月我就自己提離職,完全被社會震撼教育到。
話不多說,那就故事開始溜~

我先介紹我自己,我是私立前段大學畢,出國交換學生過,多益800up
因自己本身沒有其他特殊才華,仗著自己語文能力還可以
退伍前就先尋找各大公司的國外業務職缺
很幸運的在退伍前應徵上離家不遠的科技上櫃公司國外業務職缺
我被人資通知在某月1號前往公司報到
報到時我才知道跟我交接的是在這做了八年的業務老手,而我是個新鮮人....
他交接給我他負責的兩大歐洲客戶(佔了公司業績超過一半)
因他還有公司特休沒休完+處理離職程序,算一算實際上交接的時間只有"一天半"
你沒聽錯沒錯! 就是"一天半",我一天半要學會扛起公司的兩大重要歐洲客戶
所以我第一天進公司,我就要寫英文信馬上與歐洲客戶聯絡
馬上知道前任業務身邊手上還有哪些貨還沒出,趕緊安排這禮拜的空運海運
我連ERP是什麼都還不知道,也不知道公司庫存、交期表怎用,我就要出貨
更不用說還要提交每個禮拜的業務報告跟業績報表給總經理
我真的沒想到一個堂堂的上櫃公司,竟然完全沒有所謂的新生訓練
可以就這樣放心的把一個剛退伍的新鮮人推到前線去作戰
很快的一天半後,帶我的業務就離開公司,當然所有業務現在我要一肩扛起
我在一個禮拜內自己摸索學會ERP,自己去認識公司生管,自己去認識倉管
我能學得我盡量在一個禮拜內都學起來,雖然中間仍然有出錯被主管罵過
客戶可能也看我是新人好欺負,訂單一變再變,有時傳個E-mail過來就要我去做
一開始我盡量去滿足客人的需求,但後來我才知到這樣會累死我們公司員工
大公司流程原定要三、四天,我把他壓縮到一天,業助被我累死....真的很對不起他
壓倒我最後一根稻草的是,公司因產能不足,生管交期一再變來變去
這禮拜生管跟我確認的交期,我回覆給客人。結果生管下禮拜交期又變
一台機器很多業務都要出,想當然我怎可能搶得過其他業務......
結果就被客人臭罵,客人直接寫信給我主管叫主管想辦法給答案
我的工作到後來就是每天編謊言說產品檢測有瑕疵、船位滿了之類的
盡可能拖到下個禮拜出貨...

這就是小弟半年前出社會後的第一份悲慘工作
