常常會看到或聽到有人想辭掉工作的理由是：
薪水換算成時薪低於103元，不如去便利商店或加油站打工
那到底月薪制的薪水要如何換算成時薪？
是
1.月薪除以三十再除以八？
2.月薪除以二十二（以周休二日算）再除以八？
想知道大家都怎麼換算自己的時薪？
第一點時薪會比較低，但休假也有算薪水，第二的時薪比較高，但休假沒有算薪水。
正確或普遍的概念是以哪一個為主呢？？
大家可以幫忙說說看嗎？（還是說月薪制的人都不太會去換算？）
