有一些雇用合約上的英文看不是很懂 - 離職

不好意思 麻煩一下板上的高手

我朋友最近找工作的時候

遇到獵人頭公司的人找他去工作

面試後然後有通知錄取

早上10點 獵人頭要我朋友簽雇用合約(約聘) 說12點前一定要 很急

合約滿滿的英文很多頁 所以沒辦法看完 就先簽完拍照傳LINE給獵人頭了


剛剛仔細一看

看到好像有離職賠償的問題(但在簽合約前獵人頭說沒有離職賠償這條)

但我們英文都不是很好

想麻煩板上的高手幫忙看看這兩段

Apart from the afore-mentioned reasons, this appointment may be terminated by

you giving to us "one-month" writen notice or by paying "one-month" of your

remuneration in lieu of notice.


The appointment may aslo be terminated by us giving to you "one-month"

written notice or by paying your remuneration in lieu of notice.

the notice period shall not be set-off from any annual leave or time-off which

you may be eligible for.
