若有人資部門的,理應告訴求職者有沒有錄取,不是嗎?
一來是企業形象的落實
二來有利求職者的安排不遭損害
但人資部門卻沒有通知,他們也只是領薪水過日子而已
也算是勞工,那這樣子的話是不是他們在職責範圍內偷懶?
