昨天與公司講明白
講明其工作時間與天數不符合勞基法
沒想到公司卻回覆時間是單位主管要求
特休是不一定要給的福利
人身攻擊的主管因沒証據
所以死咬他沒說過不得題的話
對抗他們 我整個失敗
現在要填離職
公司以職務交接
居然不能請特休
不能請 也不會換成現金
請教大家
這是真的嗎
