我的親人也在王品中工作,在他去王品之前,我也跟所有人一樣,
對王品非常的有好感,親切的服務,良好的企業形象,就像所有人
喜歡王品一樣的喜歡。
但自從他去了王品集團以後,對他們集團徹底的改觀,我承認集團
高層真的很厲害,行銷跟成本控管超級強,每次在報章雜誌上看到
的都是正面的形象,但是誰又能想像的到,集團進去除非你是有其
他餐飲相關主管經驗,可以「真的」從正職開始爬外,所有人一律
是計時開始,儘管你那時看到開出來的是「正職缺」。
這點到也還好,也許這是王品壓低人力成本的方法,大家都一樣平
等,我沒意見。可是我最不能接受的是,為了滿足假日旁大的人力
,應徵了一堆人進來,大家都在撐正職這個位置先不提,重點是平
常日生意較不好的砍工時。服務業一日工時凹頭凹尾是台灣的亂象
,這點雖然無奈但還是要接受。應徵這麼多人讓一堆計時的平日根
本沒這麼多班可以上,生意不好訂位數不好,也會叫你提早下班,
或是上班前臨時叫你不要來。你能想像每天照公司給的排班,一個月
領個一萬多的日子嗎?這就是王品升到正職前的狀況。
我知道店營運有店營運的壓力,可是如果沒辦法養活這麼多人,是不
是就不要用正職的名義招募這麼多人進來,讓一堆人在計時狀況苦的
要命,連工時都要用搶的。一個蘿蔔一個坑,真的有缺再應徵嘛。如
果試用期表現不好你大可辭退應徵者,何必這樣呢?
