大家好,我是新手人資,非相關科系也毫無經驗,幾天前入取了一間工程顧問公司,進公司的這週,我卻發現公司沒有任何關於人事、會計、資訊助理,全交由一名行政主管擔當上述職位的工作內容 。
他預計十二月初離職,利用十天做教育訓練,讓三名新進人員做上述工作內容,十一月的薪資他會教我們發款,之後十二月薪水就交由我們發核。
公司的薪資是採人工配合Excel函數及巨集計算,我完全沒有概念,這五天下來,真的覺得越來越緊張,壓力越來越大,如果我學不好,以後的薪水發不出來怎麼辦?
讓我有了離職念頭,不知道各位先進想法如何?
