知識達事件的第一發簡訊4/4至今過了快20天,
4/16公告說新式離線DVD方案詳情4/25前會公布,
今天4/23了,剛剛去看公告還未更新。
個人是希望使用離線DVD方案不考慮退費,本有考慮轉線上,
但看了某位線上板友的分享立刻打消念頭,
家中網路剛剛好2M又同時有多人使用,怕之後會很杯具...
總不能都趁半夜沒人看吧好痛苦 :(
離線DVD方案的補償覺得頗令人不滿,我們是購買DVD的學員,
補償方案應該加強對離線DVD的補償才對,
以我購買104課程期限算只延長5個月+期限104年底的1000元購課金,
但像我已購買104全修課程,幾乎不可能再另外多買104年的課程,
這補償我們的購物金不限本人使用,那不就變成為知識達再拓展其他客源?
這樣根本沒補償到學員「本身」啊...
只有我覺得DVD離線方案補償得很沒誠意嗎? 想問問大家意見。
知識達表單我填其他並表達意見,但也沒接到客服電話,
昨日針對DVD離線方案補償沒誠意投訴消保官,也準備好存函晚點要去寄,
不知會不會太晚...
這兩天討論文退燒,大家目前是採用了什麼方案跟申訴管道呢?
