社會新鮮人的疑問(金融業) - 面試

背景 : 我是今年6月畢業 國立科大畢業研究生，
還沒考金融證照，準備等考證照筆試中
問題：看104,1111,和yes123開出許多銀行缺，企金或存匯櫃台等職缺
可以投的銀行我都投了，履歷我修改幾次後，
也有請我兩位以上的同學來幫我修改
但將近1～2個月都沒收到面試通知或電話通知，
有點不知道問題出在哪?
(有想到說 是因為沒相關證照或???)
想請問若一般存匯櫃員是等電話通知嗎？
亦或是要有金融證照才有面試機會?
想請問除了銀行招考外，從事金融業的大大們是都怎麼應徵進金融業呢?
