約聘被提前轉正,但是希望合約到期離職 - 離職

小弟一月時以約聘方式進入公司,
原本七月中合約到期,
但是在五月中旬時,主管恭喜我6月就可以提前轉正了,
而且薪資有增加,當時並沒有拒絕,
不過一直到現在也沒有簽立新的合約,
經過一番思考後還是希望合約到期後離開,
1.這樣我離職還需要10天的預告期嗎?
還是說可以約聘到期前幾天再表明不續約即可?
2.離職證明書原因可以要求公司寫合約到期來領取失業補助嗎?
3.因為沒有重新簽約,是否可以解釋成公司只是純粹幫我加薪,
合約到期依舊可以表明不續約後離開?且加薪的部分不得扣回?
P.S.我也沒有要申請失業補助,只是想了解是否可行?
