我的英文名字是Sara‧
曾經有法國客人對我說,that’s really a simple name!
yes,簡單的名字,簡單的我。
●工作經驗
從以往到現在,從事工作都以服務業為主
對於我來說,服務不只是一種互動,或只是工作那麼簡單
無論在任何一位客人身上,都是一場力求完美的表演
服務方面曾有過讓我欣慰的經驗:
1.第一次接觸服務業是在桃園的衣蝶百貨公司,面臨客訴問題時緊張到說不出 話,能做的只有請主管出面解決
但是在這短短的檔期性工作之後,已能有效處理客訴問題
學習到的是『越是服務性質的工作,態度越是親切,談吐越是不急不徐,正確切入客人的問題所在才能夠真正處理問題』。
2.在sogo百貨公司同樣是週年慶工讀的經驗,曾經一天內有數位客人稱讚服務態度
相較於其他同事完全沒有這樣的情況,這是我從事服務業覺得最開心的事
3.即使在餐飲業,服務也是非常重要!
我們的餐點在網路上被討論著,評論有好有壞,唯一個共通點卻都是:這間店服務生的態度值得推荐
對於身為外場服務生,當然很開心自己的態度受到肯定!
●我的特質
1.笑容與親切-給客人最甜美的笑容,這是很自然而然會表現在我的應對之中
2.關注力-服務是用自己的眼睛自己的心去觀察客人需要些什麼,然後在適時給予幫助
3.熱忱-只有打從內心喜歡這樣的工作,才能夠do it best!
4.向心力-為公司工作,整個公司是一個大團隊,這是我對於工作的想法
●未來遠景及工作心態
我喜愛服務,也喜歡把所有服務方面的工作做到最好
對我而言『服務』是讓對方滿意,同時自己也很有成就感的
不同於其他人的是自己喜歡處理客訴問題
越是棘手的問題越有挑戰性,進步的機會也就越多!
一直非常期待能有機會再繼續加強自己在接待或應變方面的能力
希望貴公司能給予我這個機會磨鍊自己,謝謝。

My English name is Sara.
There was once a French customer saying to me: that's really a simple name!
Yes. Simple name. Simple me.
Work experience
Since always, I have been working in the service industry.
To me, service is not just an interaction with people or simply just a job, but a performance in itself that demands perfection on any customer.
I am very thankful to some of my experiences in the industry:
1. My first opportuniy in the service trade was at the IDEE shopping mall in TaoYuan. When facing problems from the customers, I was so nervous that I could not say a word. All I could do was to ask for help from my manager. However, after in this short temporary job, I have learned to solve customers' problems efficiently. I realized that "the more the work is of a serivice nature, the friendlier our attitude have to be, the more articulation we need in our speaking, and in order to really solve customers' problems is to approach them straight from its core.
2. It was a similar part-time working experience at the SOGO shopping mall's annual anniversary where I was the only one among all the coworkers to be acclaimed by numerous customers on the same day for my excellent services. That is what makes me the happiest in the service industry.
3. Service is also extremely important even in the food and drink industry. Our menu was talked about on the internet, there were both positive and negative feedbacks, but one common thing that stood out among all was that our services and attitudes was highly praised. Being one of the waitresses, I was of course very happy and very proud that my attitude was well noticed.

1. Smile and friendliness - to give customers my best smile, that is naturally portrayed in my every interaction with the customers.
2. Concentration - service is to use one's own eye and heart to observe customers' needs, in order to provide assistance at the right timing.

Future perspective and working attitude
I love servicing others, as well as to perform any work related to servicing to the best it can be. In my opinion, to provide service means to provide satisfaction, and to obtain the feeling of accomplishment at the same time.

What makes myself stand out among others is that I have special interests in solving customers' problems; the more troublesome the problem is, the more challenging it is to me, and the more chance I have to improve myself and grow.

Once French guests said to me, that' s really a simple name!
Yes, simple name, I who am simple.
Working experience
To now in the past, engaged in working to rely mainly on service trade
To me , it is not only a kind of interdynamic to serve, or it is so simple to just work
No matter on any guest, are all a performance which strive to be perfect
Once there was experience that had made me gratified to serve the respect :
1.Contact service trade to in clothing butterfly department store , peach of garden , face guest is it utter a word to reach intensely at the problem of telling for the first time, the ones that can be become only ask the executive to solve
But after the work this short working days , can already deal with guest's problem of telling effectively
The ones that learnt to arrive are that " the work that service , the more cordial the attitude is, the less urgent slowly the style of conversation is, the precise problem of entering guests can just really handle problem ".
2.Equally celebrated probational experience in anniversary in sogo department store, once several guests praised attitude in one day
The looks does not relatively have such a situation to other colleagues at all, this is the most happy thing that I am engaged in thinking in the service trade
