昨天小弟在和朋友吃熱炒時，朋友聊到他們公司總經理常在開會時
抱怨說他手下沒有那種可以「以一擋千的猛將」，工作交待下去他就可
以高枕無憂專門去應酬他的客戶就好。
聽到這個我也想起之前公司的經理也跟我說過現在員工的功能性太
少，做開發的就只會開發，行政的就只會行政，用人都不太好用之類的
話。但有時我心裡就想說不是術業有專攻嗎，不然就大家雜在一起做不
就好了，要分那麼多部門幹麻？
所以各位大大公司裡有這種啥都精通包山包海的強者嗎？經理級以
下的才算歐！
