小弟的公司評核制度分甲乙丙丁戊
基本上丙算普通 一個部門內打一個
甲或乙要有另一個被打丁或戊才行
(激勵競爭)
而升遷需要有一定數量的乙 一年評一次
奇怪的是拿慣丁或丙的廢柴如我
明明做的事情也沒變
只是今年開始跟課長聊開了相同興趣
類似的小錯誤都被無視
一樣一般般的工作成績一直被跨
莫名其妙拿到進公司第一個乙
結論就是會做事遠不如跟上司好
會做事只是讓你有機會跟他們交流的
其中一個機會
最終怎麼評核要升誰還是
他們一個念頭一個sign
所以千萬不要跟直屬上司有任何不愉快
除非想走了或放棄升遷
