被逼辭後的一些小問題 - 離職

我本來是在一家小公司當品管兼送貨,做了一年半以後有職位輪調
換成內勤接訂單跟出貨,月底跟月中做報表,盯協力廠商的出貨進度
以及登記老闆交辦事項或轉告老闆客戶來電內容等(老闆是業務常在外面)
去年下半年老闆兒子回來,由於從小就在國外念書長大,進來就開始積極拓展海外客戶
因為外語能力極好,也去大陸參了不少展覽,今年初開始接內勤的事務
七月初時老闆有天下班就告知我做到今天即可,我追問原因時
老闆說因訂單銳減,加上人員也充足(員工除了我還有另一名資深大哥)
沒有太多預算負擔再多一個人事費用
白話一點應該是因為兒子回來接了,人夠了,所以要我走路
我從一開始沉默到後來表明我願意稍微降薪也無法挽救
走前有用白紙寫下本人於七月某日離職,薪水當日結清等,也只有拿六月份薪水
跟七月一開始有上班的那幾天薪資
(後來被朋友罵說應該要公司開遣散證明給我才對)
想請問我應該要回去請老闆開遣散證明給我才對嗎?
(朋友說可能要錄音蒐證,證明我不是自願離職,才可以申請什麼補助的?)
這幾天除了難過,也在思考接下來該找什麼工作,想請問職訓局的課上了有幫助嗎?
看到網路有某電腦補習班開出政府補助x萬,結訓立即就業,不知是真是假?
(查了一下那補習班惡評不少)
還請各位不吝指點..
