我有答案

本金現值 200000*0.61391=122782
利息現值 8000*7.72173=61774

但我不知道0.61391跟7.72173怎麼來的
請問應該要怎麼用計算機按出來?


還有potential investors want a return of 10%是甚麼意思呢
