1. 知名連鎖餐飲品牌(全台+上海)
約4點面試,等到5點半面試官才出現,他還沒開口,我就直接用清爽的表情先說
「無論您剛才是和董事長或其他長官在開會,讓求職者等待這麼久的時間,想必貴公司
對於這份職缺相當不重視,我們就別浪費彼此的時間面談了,再見。」
2. 服飾(女裝為主,少數男裝)
工作內容;網路文宣、實體店面文宣、商品管理、攝影
薪資:28k起,2個月後調到30k
休假:隔周休
談完之後「如果貴公司對於設計人才是如此不受重視,請你們拿香蕉請猴子,再見。」
3. 通信設備
工作內容:網路文宣、包裝設計、年度型錄、攝影
薪資:40k起,3個月後調到45k
休假:見紅休
福利:家庭日、員工旅遊全額補助
心目中最理想的工作,但是礙於產業別不熟悉,面試過程應對處理不好,沒上GG
4. 飯店
工作內容:網路文宣、實體店面文宣、攝影、活動企畫、支援房務或櫃檯
薪資:25k起,3個月後調到28k
休假:就算你打死人資還是只給月休8天
福利:員工餐、住房5折
談完之後「如果貴公司對於設計人才是如此不受重視,請你們拿香蕉請猴子,再見。」
過程說的很好聽:來這裡除了有設計的舞台讓你發揮,還可以學習更多飯店管理事務,
從基本的房務或櫃檯,都是很好的機會,還可以學習籌備各種活動的企畫案,很棒。
棒你老母,想要只花一個員工的人事費用,要他做四個職位的事情就說吧。
5. 連鎖餐飲品牌(北區)
工作內容(求職條件上面寫的喔):網路文宣、實體店面文宣、攝影
薪資:45k,每月店盈餘分紅
休假:見紅休
福利:員工用餐折扣
結果面試的時候才說「我們要徵的是文案企劃人員,並不需要卓越的設計能力。」
巴拉巴拉天花亂墜一番,我依然帶著清爽的表情回覆
「為了避免浪費貴公司寶貴的時間,請貴公司的人資,搞清楚今天短缺的人才,需要什
麼要的條件,再來徵才好嗎?」
6. 旅行社
工作內容:網路文宣、實體刊物、攝影
薪資:38k,1個月後調到40k,每半年考核一次最少加1k
休假:見紅休
福利:員工旅遊全額補助、老闆心情好想到就請全員工吃飯
完全責任制,事情做完就休,直到有下一個任務,幾點上下班都無所謂,在約定的日期
完成任務之前都隨你便。
我非常喜歡這種責任制,而不是叫你天天都到公司報到,就算沒事也要眼巴巴看著別人
大眼瞪小眼,或是支援其他部門(例如帶團、跑業務、做OP)
這種完全分工制度對我而言才是理想中的工作,不是說我討厭團隊合作,而是企業本來就
該清楚地知道,他今天花多少錢,請了一個人進來,該讓他專心做好哪些事情,才能達到
理想的產值,不是嗎?
而不是用天花亂墜的術語,騙騙小孩說「讓你增廣見聞多學習,未來好升遷。」
放你狗屁,台灣就是太多老闆,喜歡用這種不健康的思想來操弄員工,一個人當三個人用
導致該專精的無法完成,反過來怪罪員工沒有效率,甚至讓員工在職場上無法獲得成就感
(抱歉,我是很少出國,以及沒有接觸外界資訊的井底之蛙,或許國外也有這種情況)
最後,我決定去這間旅行社了,或許這樣的上下班模式會讓人感到害怕,但是我相信,
如果老闆願意照他所說的遊戲規則走,對我來說會是一件很愉快的事。
大不了收拾行李,準備好作品集,再循下一個歸宿(咦
好像是畢業潮,給設計人,我們的創意專長絕對不只有22k,請那些資方去請猴子,或是
買幾串香蕉回家,一邊吃一邊用小畫家或word做海報。
我們的創意絕對不能被其他工作壓縮,什麼兼兼行政或其他部門事務,請那些資方去看
火影忍者,如果他們能夠展現影分身之術,你再進去那間公司好好學。
設計人,加油。
