我的公司要把工時改為一天14小時 作二休二
這種違法的工時制度 10日就要開始實施 沒有考慮空間
說薪水會重新調整 但到現在要怎麼調整都沒說
我們是輪休 到現在假表都還沒出來 不知道什麼時候可以放假
已經有大夜班的預計到17號都不能休假了
總之依現在缺人他們又不肯再聘的情況來看 現任員工的假是遙遙無期
有提過想辭職了 但上司不准我離
說要等到他們找到人 但他們根本沒在找...........
我到現在才做五個月~六個月 照勞基法來說是10天前告知就可以了吧?
如果十天前告知 他們不准我還是可以走人嗎? 應該不會被告吧..
