小弟剛進IT部門半年
最近出包,感覺自己已經黑掉
求指點迷津該如何賠罪
事情是這樣的
IT處長交付給我一項功課
要我查database server為何在固定時間會出現效能異常飆高
由於是生產線上的設備,之前只敢在假日時做測試
後來有找到出問題的程式
我後來想說應該可以在常日班時間測試了
但是由於太過心急,加上處長的壓力
沒跟我自己課長講就動手做了
結果一做就導致機器未正常回報數據
產線人員回報給開發單位
開發單位花了1天在查這問題
最後才發現是我這邊單位的問題
結果讓課長在會議時被開發單位的部長罵了一頓
除了開發的白忙一場外,還造成產線的產能下降
以上的事情都是在課長後來唸我一頓時才知道
現在求各位指點該如何賠罪?
1. 私底下向開發的主管道歉並送禮
請他送給底下部門同仁做為歉意
2. 向人資談好將這個月薪資的30%捐出來
做開發部門的活動或吃飯經費
3. 離職
(不過到職前有簽定型化契約,要做滿1年才能提離職)
因為每天都會經過開發的辦公區
實在不想再受到背地的竊竊私語
希望各位能指教
