該離職嗎? - 加班

目前在一間傳統的紡織業上班,
每天9點上班,20:30下班,
月休4天,
加班費從20:30後算起,
公司供2餐,月薪25000。
以上是公司的規定。
我有跟業務(老闆兒子)要求月薪27000,週休,
但其他都一樣,
只是還多一個獎金(業務私下跟我算)
但經常沒發…
在這邊做了4個月,
每天都超過12小時,且無午休。
真的滿累,
到第四個月才發現勞健保是自付651,
這好像是最低的勞健保級距?!
月薪發25000,應該也是800多,
雖有勞退,應該也是不高,
跟公司要明細,
都只有打卡卡片。
而且有時候業務滿情緒化,會髒話罵人,可能只是一件小事就罵的狗血淋頭。
所以在這個月提離職,
業務(小老闆)極力要挽留我,
讓我午休,不用管上下班時間,加薪2000,還有遵守標準勞基法(這間公司似乎只有保勞
健保跟勞退而已,我增加其他該有的保障)
但是…但是…
這些都是我們私下協議,
不能讓別人知道,
還願意簽字給我,怕我不放心,
但他有太多紀錄經常忘記,
所以我還不願意跟他簽約,
只是業務好的時候真的滿好,都很nice
也算願意溝通的主管,
但是太多不良紀錄無法相信他的保證。
現在有另一間中小企業錄取我,
月薪27000,但調薪不一定,有勞基法年終,基本都有,只是每3個禮拜有一禮拜六要上班
,
等於月休7天,但是連假會休
上班9點到6點,午休1個半小時。
是不是該跳去那邊呢?
