如題..
小弟在某傳統產業 待滿一年.. 做鋼構的 33K
實在是想跟主管要求加薪..家裡經濟不好..
請問大大們 我該跟我主管(副理)爭取? 還是直接跟管理部-管薪資的副總(高層)說?
如果我跟我主管說加薪 他也是去跟副總爭取..
如果我跟副總很熟 是否可以直接跳過我主管(越級) 去爭取加薪?
似乎有違背職場倫理?
