請問一下各位專業大大
剛到一間店報到 店長說如果試用期(兩個月)遲到超過一次就可以滾了
但總公司並沒有這條規定 只說有遲到就不能領全勤獎金
當然誰都知道員工本來就不應該遲到 但這種規定是否合理呢? 算不算違反比例原則呢?
又是否違反勞工局規定可以申訴呢? 請各位專業大大不吝賜教 感激不盡~!
