近日履歷表求批有感 - 面試

工作關係每天大概要看上百封履歷表

所以開始有朋友介紹求職的新鮮人給我

希望能當面給她一點建議

我請她帶履歷表以及上網找5間有興趣的公司

並且要先事先了解想做的工作(一開始說想做人資)

當面聊一聊發現她想做的是教育訓練企劃或業務

看了看她找的5間公司問了原因

是說覺得"看起來"好像還不錯所以就選了

然後也提了關於面試的應對

寧可多準備也不要當天講不出來

突然有一個想法

如果有新鮮人需要履歷表健診

或是關於面試的一些建議

純粹想以一個分享的概念也不能說是幫助更多人應該沒這麼偉大XD

就是希望能跟有這樣需求的人提供一些意見

不知道會有人需要嗎?

因為昨天只是一對一講

我想如果同樣能讓有需求的人了解

也是一件很棒的事!!!!

(純分享不是要做營利啊啊~~)
