大家好!
我親人在外包的廠商簽約工作做清潔員的工作,
每天工作12個小時(中午和下午吃飯時間共1小時),
月休四天,沒有年終,月薪大概是21K~22K,
因為那間廠商已經連續得標十幾年了,
所以他也在那邊工作了大概11~12年!
公司沒有給特休!
且他們裡面的會計中間的時間,都會偷打下班卡,
營造出他只有工作8小時,沒有超時上班的問題!
請問如果想去勞工局申訴的話,
要如何舉證?
勞工局會派人去搜證嗎?(感覺好像沒那麼好心> <")
