年底將近騎驢找馬,
小弟我去應徵某間公司的資訊人員,
這間公司的應徵過程很制式, 負責的HR 要我們在一間會議室報到,數一數來應徵人數大概20多個人。接著時間一到,來了個不知是哪個層級的主管 跟他的助理,簡單講述了一下工作內容, 就每人發了一張考卷。
筆試內容不脫一些簡單的計算機概論(高職程度的選擇題20題), 最後1題是問答題,寫出應徵此公司跟職務的動機, 還有曾經用 C++完成什麼程式或軟體的維護,完全就是很Free的一張考卷。
寫完考卷的應徵者們包括我,一個一個 輪流被帶到另一間他們資訊人員的機房吧, 由最初那位主管進行個別面談。
她問了我以前的經歷,在現職公司工作的內容、為什麼想應徵此職務。我就按照一些場面話來回答, 這種開放式的問題也沒有標準答案。 我跟她談到以前曾替公司導入新的銷售系統,並將舊的資料銜接進新系統無痛升級, 他聽了倒是說這個職位要做的不包含這個。最後他問我對剛剛講解的工作內容跟待遇條件清不清楚, 我表示同意並講了一些客套話,請她務必要給我1個機會等等。
錄取的標準取決於面試跟筆試合記,一個星期後公佈結果通知,名額有3個,面試的過程感覺滿平和的,也沒有被酸或尖銳的問題。
依各位職場前輩的看法,我這樣錄取機會是不是很大?
